Servant leadership is a leadership style that prioritizes the growth, well-being, and empowerment of employees. It aims to foster an inclusive environment that enables everyone in the organization to thrive. In this highly interactive session, leaders will gather practical tools to build the characteristics of servant leaders. 

Our speaker Jack Mateffy, is President of Mateffy and Company, a training and development firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since 1987, Mateffy and Company has designed and presented performance-driving programs for clients around the nation. Jack is well known not only for his practical approaches to real life business challenges but also for his engaging, compassionate, and fun style.
